I have permit to carry a concealed weapon in the state
of North Dakota. About a month back I was picked up
for speeding in the state of Minnesota...Just 5 miles
over the speed limit...I was cuffed and stuffed...and
a search of my vehicle was done. I did not think
much of it. I was let go with a warning, for speeding.
Tonight, a friend of mine, who also has a concealed
weapons permit was stopped on his way to visit me in
Minnesota, for 87 in a 75. He got the same treatment
I received, including a thorough pat down. Is this
common practice for anyone who has a concealed weapons
permit?????
