For the most part I agree with Varmint Guy. I think there can be a need for Military type training for some police events. At the same time, I agree with Jeff Cooper that there should never be a time when a law enforcement officer of ANY AGENCY has the right to burst into my home or ANY other home with his face covered in a hood, dressed in black, with tucked pants legs in combat boots, screaming like a wild man, and not expect to get his ass shot full of holes before anyone can figure out what the hell is going on! No Sir! Uncover you face and act like a Police Officer and you will be treated like a Police Officer. If he is meat with force, return force as needed to handle the event. But do it with an uncovered face and your badge shinning!! Just my .02 Phil...
