I'd never have the balls to pull the trigger in registered match, without looking through the scope. There was more than one person doing it at the Cactus last year. AS for accidental firings, I've only done that in practice. Usually when switching from some gun with a 2# trigger, to a 2oz trigger. It scares me that I might do it in a match someday. Last year at the Cactus, I think it was Lowell Frei, would have demolished everybody, but his second match at the LV100 was a 5.175"! I never figured out what happened. Do you know, is there some penalty, like a crossfire, where they add 5 inches to your group? If not, it must have been some sort of accidental firing.
