My advice would be to buy the Marlin 9mm Camp. It's not much more money, and for that it offers a lot more. I think my Camp will outshoot any Mini-14 out there, I was astounded at the accuracy I was getting with the open sights at 75 yards. It also feeds reliably, and feels well balanced.
