What about the 22br or 6br. For varminting they beat the PPC's for velocity and who needs the extra .100" of accuracy for dogs. My gunsmith is almost done with my 22br, Rem action, Blackstar barrel, trued the reciever, glass and pillar bedded, Burris 6-24X signature, cherry laminate Zero inc. stock.
