I got some texture on my moly bullets. What went wrong?

I just got done applying moly to a batch of bullets, and they have a 'texture' to them.

I use the pill bottle method. I wash them in alcohol, then put about 14 .22 cal into a film canister with a pinch of moly and tumble them for about 3 hours. These came out with a definete roughness to them. I know it will affect accuracy.

Anybody know what I did wrong? Got any ideas how I can fix them? I was thinking of tumbling them in walnut media for awhile.
