Although a large part of the testimony was sexually explicit I understand that the case was about the abuse of power and the obstruction of justice. I never thought that it was about sex and neither did anybody else. Of course we can expect the national news to be themselves and sell the sex. Paula Jones and Monica Lewinsky are unconnected events, but the point here is (remember my first post up there?) that the right to privacy is as much of being an American as anything else and that the Chief Executive is entitled that right also. I don't think that sex , all by itself, is illegal in the District of Columbia, and no special prosecutor should have been there to dig it up unless an associated crime was detected.
