IF!! the coyote population is as hard to keep in check in NV as it is here I would think most landowners would welcome a few coyote hunters, especially in the spring when they are a threat to the young of their livestock. And I would hope if they are guiding deer hunts that they would welcome outsiders because I'm sure it's not locals that are paying their guide fee! I as a landowner will shoot a coyote anytime I see one in my neck of the woods- summer or winter!
