This seems to go against World-Wide Vokeswagon Corp. v. Woodson where the Supreme Court held that a corporation can not be held amenable for a product purchased within one state, and then enters another state as a result of the foreseeable actions of a consumer. this case addressed the problem of jurisdiction, but the application should be the same. Besides, how can a corporation be held negligent for advertising in a wrongful way? I think this was the agrument put forth by the anti's. Just remeber, the Supreme Court has the power to interpret the Constitution where it is ambiguous or even if it is outright clear. They change there minds all the time on the same issues. So vote to make sure we have the correct people dictating the supreme law of the land!!!!!
