I had the same problem with the same caliber. I cured the problem by putting a Kreiger in 243AI on the gun. I do not regret it ONE BIT. It's faster, flatter and tighter. Brass has been shot 4 time and has only stretched about .003. The money you spend on a rebarrel will more then pay for labor and solvent in cleaning you old tube.
