Hey guys,
Just started a new hobby, paintball. Way much fun, you really need to try it. Question is this. I generally play a sniping type role (the varmint hunting helps here!). The first shot needs to be right on target, so I want to mount a low power shotgun scope on the gun. Problem is the paint hopper that sits directly above the gun. I've got a weaver type mount I can get mounted to the gun on the left hand side, but then I wouldn't be able to adjust the windage. So I was thinking (I know, bad for me!) why not rotate the scope 90 degrees, and have the elevation adjustmenton the left, and the windage adjustment on the top? Use the windage for elevation and vice versa. Sound too crazy?
TIA,
Barrett
