Take the stock to an auto paint supply store and tell them what you want to do. Plastics require special processes in order for the paint to adhere and every type of plastic is different.
It would probably be less expensive to find a body shop to paint it for you than to buy all the supplies you would need to paint it yourself. I know I probably didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, but I worked in the auto paint business for years and I know what is involved in painting plastics.
