What Joe said.

Love the truck, great low range for creeping about through the rough. I don't think posi-trac is an option but I haven't been shopping for a while. This spring Toyota is coming out with the Tundra aka T150. Joe is right about the engine (gets about 20mpg at 70) so it has about a easy 400 mile range. Cab comfort is nice(I'm 6'3"), The 18 year old boy says the back seat is more comfortable than any of the other 1/2 tons Ford, Chevy, Dodge. With the front bench access to the back is not easy to get thermos, binocs, jacket, whatever. Once you make up your mind go to Edmunds.com and follow the link to Autobytell--I couldn't find any dealer willing to come off sticker. 10 minutes on the computer saved me nearly $6,000. No that isn't a typo I bought the truck for just over 22.

Been in a bit of mud with no problems, and a lot of snow and ice with outstanding results. Was outside of White Sulpher elk hunting a year ago, chained up the front and went anywhere. By the way look under the front of the truck--no front differential to hang up on rocks and such.
