Two years ago while hunting mulies in MT, my freind Gary took a midday break to shoot some PDs with his 223. When the shooting was over he saw a coyote going away from him at a slow trot. Utilising his many years of hunting knowledge and about 99% swag, he cranked his bullet drop compensator to the max and let one fly. Mr. coyote rolled up in a ball, dead. The shot measured out to 500 yds! This capped a perfect day for him, as he shot a badger, said coyote, approximatly 100 PDs, and a nice mulie just before sunset. To quote the TV commercial, it just doesn't get any better.
