I have seen this often, almost as often as the "5 shots on a dime, every time" line. Seems like the folks making this comment feel like they couldn't do better than an inch with a laser beam, so what difference does it make. A lot, if you ask me.

The poor shooters need accurate rifles more than the straight shooter. If your group is dispersed evenly over an inch or so, and you aren't holding better than an inch or so, guess what - you've got a three inch group. If you are capable of sighting and holding a one inch group and your rifle is a one-holer, you get a one inch group.

Go figure.
