I don't have any first-hand experience with Pac-Nor barrels, but the guys around my neck of the woods (Southern Oregon, and the barrels are made on the Oregon Coast) swear by them for their serious 600-yard heavy match rifles. You should ask Sandy Young at Far West Gun Exchange (541) 899-7259 (sorry, don't know his e-mail) about Pac-Nors. He's a serious shooter who owns screamer-shooting match guns, and uses a lot of Pac Nors.
